This portal contains links to UPK-related webcasts, copies of presentations from webinars and tradeshows, and recordings of Apex IT UPK User Group Meetings.  Please note that all of the information and content contained in this portal is complimentary.  All we ask in return is some basic information on you and your organization. 

In addition to the content library, we’ve provided a mechanism in this portal to give you direct access to Apex IT’s most experienced UPK subject matter experts.  We call this feature
‘Ask A SME’.

We’re prepared to take questions on specific UPK product features, UPK integration issues, and UPK implementation and upgrade best practices. Submit your question and we’ll respond within 48 hours.  If we can’t answer the question ourselves, we’ll reach out to Oracle on your behalf.

This portal also includes a section on upcoming Apex IT UPK events, webinars and ‘virtual’ user group meetings.  And if you’d like to take the discussion to another level, we’re ready for that too.  To request a complimentary ‘discovery’ meeting with an Apex IT UPK subject matter expert, fill out the simple form and we’ll give you a call.

Welcome to the Apex IT UPK Knowledge Portal Content Library!  The webcasts, user group recordings, and presentations in this section are completely complimentary.  To access the downloads, just complete the simple Portal Registration Form.  Once your registration is approved, you’ll be able to download at will!
