As Oracle Corporation moves its CRM portfolio to the integrated ‘Fusion CRM’ future, Siebel users are increasingly looking to protect their investment through upgrades and optimization projects.

Apex IT, one of Oracle’s most trusted CRM systems integrators, understands.  And as a means to help Siebel users maximize their CRM investment, we’ve developed the following Siebel Knowledge Portal.  This portal reflects some of Apex IT’s Siebel knowledge base and Siebel ‘Thought Leadership’.  The presentations, webcasts and whitepapers contained in this portal are based on proprietary Apex IT content, as well as publicly available content from Oracle Corporation.

The downloads and tools in this portal are entirely complimentary and have been designed exclusively for Siebel Enterprise and Siebel CRM On Demand customers.  For additional information on the Siebel product, we suggest visiting Oracle.com, the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG), or the Oracle CRM Community (Oracle CRM Group).  The online Oracle CRM Community also contains links to Siebel user forums – great places to interact with other Siebel customers!

Summary of Portal Contents
This portal contains links to Apex IT webinar recordings, copies of presentations from recent webinars, tradeshows and user group meetings, and other relevant documents (i.e whitepapers).  As noted, all of the information contained in this portal is complimentary.  All we ask in return is some basic information on you and your organization. 

In addition to the content library, we’ve provided a mechanism in this portal to give you access to some of Apex IT’s most qualified and experienced Siebel implementation consultants.  We call this feature ‘Ask A SME’.

We’re prepared to take questions on specific Siebel products and integrations, implementation and upgrade best practices, and business process issues.  We will respond to your question within 48 hours.  If we can’t answer the question ourselves, we’ll reach out to Oracle on your behalf.
