Who We Are and What We Do.

Made up of proven Oracle implementation professionals, the Apex IT Remote Services Practice Group has been established to help Oracle application customers maintain, protect and extend their CRM and/or ERP investments after the initial ‘go live’. 

Designed for Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, Siebel and JD Edwards alike, Apex IT Remote Services break down into three distinct ‘practice lines’:

  • Upgrade Services to help Oracle app customers take advantage of new CRM/ERP releases from Oracle

  • Managed Services to help Oracle app customers maintain their CRM/ERP systems after the initial technical implementation is complete

  • Consulting On Demand to provide specific CRM/ERP skills and expertise when and where needed
Upgrade Services.

At the heart of Apex IT’s Upgrade Services is the Apex IT upgrade lab.  Comprised of some of the most experienced upgrade experts in the country, the Apex IT upgrade lab works in a ‘virtual’ environment to help Oracle application customers migrate to new CRM and ERP releases quickly and with little overhead.

Managed Services.

As stated above, the CRM/ERP implementation process never really ends.  Modifications and ‘tweaks’ are always needed to keep up with changing business processes, mergers and acquisitions, etc.  Not to mention the software patches constantly being released by Oracle!

It takes significant resources, then, to make sure an Oracle application is working to its true potential. 

Apex IT Managed Services, therefore, are designed for those Oracle application customers that might not have the resources to properly maintain a CRM and/or ERP application after the initial implementation.

Consulting
On Demand.

Often times, Oracle customers need to find the proverbial ‘purple squirrel’ in order to complete an Oracle application implementation, upgrade or performance tuning project.  A whole project team isn’t necessary: the need centers on one or two people with very specific skill sets.  And they may only need that skill set for a short amount of time.
