Planning Services
This suite of services is intended for those customers that have selected a CRM application, but have not yet begun implementation. Apex IT consultants stand ready to help those customers assess where they are prior to implementation, and develop tactical "roadmaps" to guide the implementation process.
Implementation Services
These services represent the foundation of Apex IT's business and value proposition. Apex IT's implementation services include hands-on technical application implementation, enterprise business modeling, technical integration and data cleansing/quality.
Upgrade Services
Apex IT consultants are available to help companies with older CRM applications migrate to newer releases. Upgrade services include Vantive-to-Oracle migrations, PeopleSoft/Oracle CRM upgrades, and application performance tuning and optimization.
On-Demand Subject Matter Expertise
Companies can leverage Apex IT's CRM, business and technical expertise to fill in specific skill gaps and/or positions within internal CRM project teams. This is, essentially, a "rent a subject matter expert" service.
Managed Services
Apex IT technical consultants are available to proactively monitor and manage new CRM systems as a hedge against unseen bugs and glitches.
