This partnership is the foundation of Apex IT's business. As a former PeopleSoft, Inc. alliance partner, we have worked hard since the Oracle acquisition to establish solid relationships with key constituents in Oracle CRM sales, marketing and product development.

We are now working with Oracle at both the national and regional level to drive net new license sales and upgrades to existing Oracle CRM products (PeopleSoft CRM, Oracle CRM, Vantive).

Based in St. Paul, MN, Digital DataVoice (DDV) is a leading call center technology integration firm. DDV has strong expertise in technologies like Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Advanced Speech Recognition (ASR).

By leveraging DDV's expertise in front-end call center technologies, Apex IT is in a position to offer its clients a true "end-to-end" call center solution that marries CRM and CTI.

Apex IT recently signed a partnership agreement with Research in Motion (RIM) - the developers of the BlackBerry™ hand held PDA. Apex IT is now the sole provider of an integration between the RIM BlackBerry™ device and the PeopleSoft (now Oracle) CRM Sales application - a significant value-add for today's globally distributed sales forces.

Firstlogic, one of the nation's premier data quality and data management companies, is Apex IT's preferred data "cleansing" partner. Apex IT often leverages Firstlogic's services during CRM application implementation to ensure that legacy customer and product data are accurate and up-to-date.

In many instances, Apex IT is implementing PeopleSoft CRM software as a part of a larger PeopleSoft implementation. To that end, Apex IT has partnered with Soft Link, Inc. - a St. Paul-based PeopleSoft HR, Student Administration, Financials and ERP-focused consultancy. Through this partnership, Apex IT and Soft Link are able to offer customers a "total" PeopleSoft implementation service offering.
