"Apex IT did a great job on our cloud project"

- Customer Testimonial

Since 1997, customers have turned to Apex IT to help them manage new implementations. Our staff can fill the gaps in knowledge and increase the customer's focus on the objectives that move the implementation forward. Keeping the application up and running can have a direct impacts the acceptance or rejection of the effort. Our customers use our managed services to:

  • Make IT support costs more predictable;
  • Provide higher levels of service;
  • Maximize the use of expensive internal resources;
  • Align IT with the business;
  • Increase confidence in management's direction.

How do you define managed services?

Managed services begin once an implementation is complete and the application has gone live. At this time many companies source some or all of the day-to-day responsibility for administrating and maintaining the application to a company like Apex IT.

What is the difference between managed services and outsourcing?

Our managed services are different from outsourcing in that the company still retains overall management responsibility for the development of new business processes and the infrastructure required to support the application.
