UNDER CONSTRUCTIONPeople, Process, TechnologyApex IT’s approach to projects is to use people, process, and technology to meet each client’s specific needs. It’s a flexible approach, based on our decades of experience implementing software and rooted in proven best practices and hands-on experience.
What is your process?Known as AIM (Agile Implementation Methodology), our process aligns people and technology with business benefits. AIM is highly collaborative – we work with each customer to assemble together right people (both client and vendor) to make a strong team and then map out the implementation activities to ensure the most cost effective, and efficient use of everyone's time.
Best practice leads us to recommend an implementation that consists of well defined phases (that may not all be necessary for every project).
Leadership Detail the steps necessary to engage an organization's leadership or executive team in the process.
Performance Improvement Include steps to identify current employee facing processes, improve those processes and integrate new best practices into the software implementation.
Planning Using the approach of a planning phase coordination meeting, provide details of the implementation plan in a workbook, and train the project team in the application technology, methodology, and acceptance testing.
Analysis & Design Work with team to perform a GAP analysis, and then gather integration, data conversion, and reporting specifications.
Prototype & Build Detail the steps needed for rapid application development, application tuning, integration, data conversion, and reports development.
Test Outline the stages of system testing, user acceptance testing, load testing, and metrics review.
Deploy Includes the roll out, documentation, end-user training, and knowledge transfer.
Post-Deploy Outlines how project success measurements will be captured and reported to senior management.
